The home is divided in 2 sections. The top floor is rented out separately year round. We are renting out the lower floor on a weekly basis. The space is ideal for a couple, since the usable space has 1 proper bedroom. To make the home suitable for 4 people we can convert the mezzanine level on request to have 2 beds. This is not a closed off bedroom, as the the loft overlooks the living room, see photos. This space can be ideal for 2 teenage kids. The house is not ideal for young children since there is some fragile old furniture.

The space we rent out consists of the following areas & rooms:

* Open kitchen area connected to dining room

* Living room with high ceilings, big windows with sweeping views, couches and fireplace

* Mezzanine (perched above living room) with desk and couch (can be converted to open bedroom with 2 beds) 

* 1 compact bedroom with a large bed (queen size) and a nice view towards the South West. We can convert this to 2 separate beds upon request. 

* 2 large balconies with unobstructed views of valley and mountains, one of them with a fireplace

* Entry hallway with heated ski boot storage

* Ski storage room

* 1 toilet

* Bathroom with shower and sink

* Washer and dryer in basement
